ORIGINAL TAGS REQUIRED
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Hand over the securely packaged parcel to our courier rider during doorstep pickup or ship it to our HQ.

Your requested replacement size or design is dispatched immediately upon item inspection.
EXCHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Items purchased on Special Clearance / End of Season Sale are final sale and non-exchangeable unless defective.
- Customized or altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping fee for return dispatches is non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- In case of a price difference between the original item and replacement, the balance will be adjusted via COD or online transfer.
